Recognition
Individual Coaching
How to gain recognition in my profession?
Eveline is a dedicated project manager. She invested a great deal of time and energy in her projects, always committed to her teams and always delivered high-quality results. Despite her efforts, she often felt invisible and not sufficiently recognized for her work. Eveline decided to take advantage of individual coaching to understand why she was lacking recognition so much.
With Stephanie's support, Eveline began to take a close look at her self-image and her perception of recognition. She reflected on her professional experiences, her successes and the challenges she faced in her day-to-day work.
Through systemic coaching work and reflection tasks, Eveline realized that recognition does not only have to come from external sources, but also and above all from herself. She learned to recognize and appreciate her own achievements and successes, regardless of recognition from others.
Stephanie supported Eveline in developing strategies and techniques to communicate her needs and desires for recognition clearly and constructively. She learned how to proactively seek feedback, make her successes visible and strengthen her role in the team and company.
After around 5 weeks of individual coaching, Eveline was able to gain a deep insight into her own values, needs and the value of recognition. She felt more self-confident, more satisfied and more fulfilled in her work. She now understood what it means to be recognized at work and was able to feel this appreciation in her professional environment.
The individual coaching helped Eveline to develop a deeper understanding of recognition and to recognize and communicate her own needs and desires in relation to recognition. She learned to show herself more appreciation and to value recognition for her work from different sources. Eveline felt empowered and more satisfied in her professional role as a result of the coaching. Ultimately, Eveline was helped by Stephanie's sensitive way of guiding her, she always felt supported and not alone on her journey of change.
