Fear of loss

Fear of loss: constant doubts about my decisions
When I decided to take advantage of individual coaching, I knew that I had to tackle something that was deeply rooted in me: my fear of loss. Especially losing loved ones. These fears had manifested over time and started to affect my life in many ways. They held me back, prevented me from opening up fully and made me constantly doubt my decisions.
During the first session with my coach, I realised that these fears of loss were closely linked to my innermost values. I realised that my fear of loss was directly connected to my need for love. Love for my parents, for example, formed the core of my existence and was the key to understanding and overcoming my fears.
In the course of the coaching, we began to examine my fears of loss more closely. We identified the causes and patterns that triggered them and developed strategies to deal with them constructively. My coach helped me to clarify and strengthen my inner values so that they could serve as an anchor when my fears arose.
It was a journey of self-knowledge and personal growth. By facing my fears of loss and clarifying my innermost values, I was able to slowly but surely learn to face them with more serenity. I learnt that loss is a natural part of life and that I am still strong and complete, regardless of external circumstances.
At the end of the individual coaching session, I felt more liberated and empowered than ever before. My fears of loss felt different, they had lost their power over me. I had learnt to face them with compassion and instead focus on my goal of increasing love. The coaching had helped me to understand myself better and to trust life, actually myself.
