Leadership Coaching

Thanks to Stephanie I learned to communicate more effectively as a Leader

Laura has been working in a hectic company for almost 10 years. She is a promising young manager; intelligent, committed and has great ambitions. But despite her professional competence and ambition, Laura often faced challenges when it came to communicating with her team. The situation worsened when Laura realized that for some reason she was repeatedly communicating to the team in a seemingly unclear way. This was reflected in the collaboration, which was difficult as the team members had different working styles and priorities. Laura made an effort to communicate her vision clearly, but often her team members felt misunderstood or neglected.

Laura decided to seek leadership coaching to improve her communication skills and interact more effectively with her team. She wanted to understand and resolve the root cause. With the guidance of her coach, she began to reflect on her own communication patterns and explore new approaches. Through coaching, Laura learned how to remain calm and empathetic in challenging situations. She developed techniques to approach conflicts constructively and clarify misunderstandings. Her coach also helped her to strengthen her emotional intelligence so that she could act more affectively as a leader.

Laura returned to her team with her newly acquired skills. She actively worked to foster a culture of open and supportive communication. She took the time to listen to the needs of her team members and understand their perspectives. Her improved skills enabled her to build trust and motivation within the team.

Over time, the dynamics and performance of the team began to improve. Team members felt heard and valued, and they worked together more effectively to achieve their goals. Laura was perceived not only as a technical expert, but also as an empathetic and inspiring leader. For Laura, it became clear that it starts with her behavior; as a leader, she exemplifies how you can work on yourself and grow when you have this insight.
