This coaching helped me finally understand how to become more assertive

Sonja was facing a major challenge in her professional career, and actually also in her personal life. Although she had many qualifications and skills, she always had the feeling that her assertiveness was not enough. "I always find it difficult to assert myself," she confessed to her friend Max one day.

Max, who had already benefited from the advantages of leadership coaching himself, recommended that Sonja seek professional support. He explained to her how such coaching can help her to recognize her own strengths and weaknesses and work on them in a targeted manner.

Sonja followed his advice and began leadership coaching. Even in the first few sessions, she realized what the problem was: self-doubt and insecurities had previously prevented her from asserting herself confidently and effectively. Stephanie helped her to overcome these blocks and strengthen her self-awareness.

With the techniques she learned and her newfound self-confidence, Sonja was able to develop her leadership skills in a targeted manner. She learned how to express her opinion clearly, make decisions and enforce them. It even felt good to hardly feel any fear when she expressed her opinion.

A few months later, her colleagues and superiors noticed a clear change: Sonja was more self-confident and her ideas and suggestions were better perceived and respected.
