Team Coaching

The Team Coaching helped us to tackle conflicts effectively and restore harmony within the team

The team experienced regular tensions and conflicts, which had an impact on collaboration and ultimately on performance and the end product. The reasons for the conflicts were complex: different working styles, unclear roles, communication issues and diverging expectations of how to work together.

To strengthen this team, Stephanie's team coaching approach pinpointed the root causes, had individual conversations with team members in confidence, conducted workshops on team dynamics and used other effective strategies. Everyone felt confident enough to speak up respectfully in plenary, they finally felt listened to by the person in question and agreed on shared values and ground rules.

The team coaching helped to identify the existing potential for conflict and to implement effective conflict resolution strategies. The strengthened team dynamics and improved communication led to a sustainable improvement in the project results and a positive change in the team culture.
