Team Coaching

Thanks to Stephanie's coaching, we feel more like a team again

This team of developers and designers had grown apart. New projects, different ways of working and a lack of communication had severely impaired the team spirit. The atmosphere was tense, motivation was declining and collaboration was no longer working smoothly.

The management recognized the problem and decided on team coaching to restore the lost team spirit. Under the guidance of an experienced team coach, Stephanie Cheng, the team met for regular coaching sessions. Interactive workshops and exercises were used to break down communication barriers, promote understanding of the different ways of working and build trust.

The team members learned to work together again instead of just alongside each other. They recognized the strengths of each individual and how they could use them to achieve the common goal. Through team-building activities, role-playing and open discussions, trust was strengthened and team spirit revived. After several weeks of intensive work and coaching support, the team not only felt like a unit again, but also like a community. Motivation increased, cooperation improved and the lost team spirit returned.

Thanks to the team coaching, the team was able to overcome its differences, build trust and restore the lost team spirit. The management and all team members were delighted with the positive change and improved collaboration. The team coaching was a decisive step in improving the team dynamics and leading the company successfully into the future.
